O’clock is a simplistic yet playful watch consisting of a unique design and mechanism.
The main frame of the unique geometric pattern is made out of 4 triangles which creates 12 triangles and within this triangle, one of the shapes will have different colour as this acts as an hour hand and rotates each hour. Through several iterations and receiving feedback from various people, I was able to come up with the current design.
The reason I decided to design a watch and come up with this design was since my dad loves collecting watches, I was influenced and was looking at the mechanisms from earlier stages of my life. The watch I received from my father as a birthday gift during my childhood was one of the reasons why I started to show interest in designing as I was curious about its mechanisms and tried to duplicate myself. Since that day, I have always been wanting to come up with my own watch design that no one has ever come up with.
